We confirm that the data of visitors to the website of the Data Controller will be collected in accordance with the requirements of the valid legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania and the instructions of the controlling authorities. For what purpose do we collect and process information about your personal data?
We ensure that we only use information related to a natural person that can directly or indirectly identify you (hereinafter referred to as “personal data”) for lawful purposes, after we have verified that you have given your consent to use this personal data for the purposes determined by us or we have another legal basis to process your personal data (e.g. when performing a contract with you, providing data to law enforcement authorities based on the requirements of legal acts, etc.). We process data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter – GDPR), the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as the personal data processing requirements established in other legal acts, the valid basic data processing principles, especially the principle of data minimization and other requirements provided in regulatory acts.
We collect data in order to operate efficiently and offer services that best meet your needs, for cooperation purposes, for projects carried out by Unikor, with the aim of starting or continuing activities already underway. Personal data is also processed after receiving your consent or submitting it yourself in order to submit offers to join our team (job offers and other forms of cooperation), with the help of third parties or by conducting selections ourselves. We also use information about your personal data to inform about our activities or news, for communication purposes, to present advertising through social network platforms, search engines or other advertising platforms, assigning advertising to the target audience.
How do we obtain your personal data?
We collect your personal data directly in several ways, for example, when you provide us with your personal information, e-mail by mail, phone, registering on our website, purchasing services from us, making inquiries, submitting your resume or cover letter, communicating on social networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).

Information about personal data is provided free of charge once a year. The request can be submitted by e-mail or registered mail to the address of the company’s headquarters. If an application is made more than once a year for the provision of such information, the fee for the provision of this information cannot exceed the costs of providing such information.
