May contain traces of peanut, nuts, sesame seeds, and their products. Store in a dry place at a temperature of (20± 3) ℃.

The chickpeas chosen are of the highest quality.
The chickpeas are roasted over a fire and ‘rested’ in bags for 10 days, then roasted again and then ‘rested’ in the fresh air for 30 days.
After resting, the chickpeas are soaked and ‘rest’ for another day.
